Galinha à Portuguesa How Do You Prepare The Macanese Dish Galinha à Portuguesa (Portuguese Chicken)?

2 roast chicken, without bones and cut into pieces
5 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1 red, green and yellow peppers, sliced
1.4 oz can pitted black olives
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
2 cups water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 350 discovered.
